How we work

From your first hire to a team that runs itself

Most companies come to us for one executive and stay for the team. The path is the same every time.

We start with the leader on the ground — a general manager or country lead — through structured executive search.

2 · Build the team

Once the leader is in place, we build the team around them: competency-based hiring, at the pace you need.

3 · Install the system

Org design, roles, performance, compensation and onboarding — the HR operating system that keeps the team working.

4 · Hand it over

We work as an extension of your team and hand the system over, so it lasts after we step back.

We are not a payroll processor or an Employer of Record. We are the people-and-systems layer — and we work alongside your EOR for the legal-employer side, with or without your own entity in Turkey.

Common questions

Can you hire for us if we don't have an entity in Turkey?+

Yes. We handle recruiting and the HR setup; for the legal-employer side many companies start through an Employer of Record (EOR) before opening an entity. We work alongside your EOR, or can point you to one.

Is it executive search only, or full teams?+

Both. Most engagements start with a first executive or country lead and grow into building the team around them, at the pace you need.

Do you build the HR system too, or just recruit?+

Both — that's the point. Alongside recruiting we set up org design, performance, compensation and onboarding, so the team you hire actually holds together.

Which time zone do you work in?+

We're based in Ankara, Turkey and work across US and European business hours. Communication is in English.

How does pricing work?+

Scope determines the price — we don't sell off-the-shelf packages. We start with a short discovery call, understand your need and prepare a project-based scope tailored to you. The first meeting is free.
